Ownership     SPEKVA is the continuing company after the merger with Aalborg Træindustri and is now owned by two shareholders who each holds 50% of the shares.
			-  Østergaard Dahl A/S, a fund-owned company established by the late timber trade owner, Åge Dahl. The company     entered as a shareholder in SPEKVA already in 1993
			-  Genua A/S, investor in industrial companies. Genua A/S is owned by the Gunnet-family, who is also the owner of the     Primo group. See also  www.genua.as
